Terms of Service

All prices are in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required. We offer two payment methods:

• Card — processed securely through Base44 Payments (Wix). A card processing fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Bank transfer — free of card fees. Your order is reserved and dispatched once your transfer clears. Use the order reference provided so we can match your payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or where pricing or product information was displayed in error; any charge will be refunded in full.

We deliver to UK addresses only, via Evri Express (1–2 business days, £3.28) or Evri Standard (3–5 working days, £2.94). Parcels are delivered to your nearest Evri pickup store, where photo ID is required to collect, to avoid lost or missed orders. Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not order placement. Shipping is via a third-party courier and we are not liable for any carrier delays outside our control. Tracking details are emailed when your parcel is dispatched.

We offer a 60-day guarantee from the date of delivery:

• Unopened, sealed product may be returned within 60 days for a full refund of the product price.
• Opened product is reviewed case by case at our discretion — contact us with your order details.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries are replaced or refunded in full.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 working days.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or a balanced diet and lifestyle. Individual results vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Some features (order history and progress tracking) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend access where we believe an account is being misused.

Content on this site — text, imagery and branding — is owned by Jubztrim and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorised to view.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
