How delivery works

From order to doorstep in four steps.

  1. Step 01

    Order placed

    You receive an order confirmation by email. Card orders are confirmed instantly; bank-transfer orders are confirmed once your transfer clears.

  2. Step 02

    Dispatched

    Once payment is confirmed we prepare and dispatch your Trim & Fit Diet Coffee, normally within 1 working day.

  3. Step 03

    Track it

    You get a tracking number by email. Track your parcel live on our /track page with Evri — right up to delivery.

  4. Step 04

    Delivered

    Your parcel arrives within the carrier's estimated delivery window, normally 1–2 business days from dispatch.
